2020 Expanded Opportunities

Program Terms & Conditions:

All sales final. No refunds or credits will be issued for non- or partial-use. This program has a firm 6-week window that starts from date of signup (initial or full payment).

Once your session(s) are booked: No cancellations or reschedules by client are available. Late arrivals (more than 5 minutes following scheduled start time) may result in session forfeiture. No-shows result in full session forfeiture. 

*If you cannot make it to your scheduled session – or you are running late to your scheduled session, email supersuecares@gmail.com as soon as possible. Please note: Notifying us via email does not exclude you from session forfeiture.

To ensure that you receive the most out of your session, login to Zoom ~5 before your scheduled start time and keep your Zoom app up to date.

Any sessions and program features not used within 6 weeks from date of signup will be forfeited. 

Schedule your sessions as far in advance as possible – be mindful of no cancellations/no rescheduling policy – to have the greatest choices of calendar availability.

Calendar availability is subject to change without notice.

Sue Lundquist reserves the right to request a booking change at any time.

Voxer support is intended to offer clients weekly support (one day per calendar week) as needed during the term outlined on the product information page. (https://learn.suelundquist.com/eo1). 

Service provider (Sue Lundquist) reserves the right to cap/restrict or lessen any excessive activity or client requests to maintain healthy boundaries and/or terms of this program.

By enrolling, you (the client) agree to a strict code of conduct that adheres to respect & compassion in all relations with Sue and her team. Any inappropriate behavior that is abusive, rude or disrespectful will result in immediate cancellation of your current program enrollment(s) and/or indefinite ban from our online community, group programs, and social media accounts without notice and without refund/credit.

These terms and conditions may be updated at any time without notice to better serve you.

3, 60-Minute Coaching Sessions

To ensure you receive all of the features of this program, your orientation session should occur within one week of your signup, followed by your first coaching session the following week, then your remaining two (2) coaching sessions occurring within four (4) weeks.

Your last session must occur within 6 weeks from the date of your signup (initial or full payment).

1, 3-Hour Virtual Intensive

Schedule your session as soon as possible following enrollment to have the best options for booking your session. Your intensive must occur within 6 weeks from the date of your signup (initial or full payment).
