First time author, Alicia Whitsett is a life-long student of Unity teachings. Motivated by her own struggles with identity, illness, and grief, she dedicated the last five years to spiritual growth and holistic healing on her own terms. Alicia is a graduate from the University of Texas of the Permian Basin with her B.A. in Sociology and resides in Kansas City, Missouri where she supports individuals with developmental disabilities through the Department of Mental Health.
